Registration

Registration to the conference through the online registration system opens on March 28 and will be possible until April 25, 2022 (noon, French hour CET). All attendees must register for the conference.

Payment

The link to the online payment will be sent after acceptance of your application, and you will receive a confirmation after your payment.

Cancellations

All requests for cancellation must be received in advance by email. Participants wishing to withdraw might have their fees refunded as follows:

• Cancellation until May 1st, 2022: refund of the full fee
• Cancellation after May 1st, 2022: no refund
• Cancellation due to COVID-19 positive test until June 3 (a proof will be requested): refund of the full fee
• Cancellation due to French or local government measures related to the COVID-19 until June 3: refund of the full fee
